Corner Booth

This may be old news, but I just discovered it. Many of us have heard Emily Strand play her accoustic folk music at the University of Dayton's Pub. Emily is a teacher at UD, and last year won the grand prize in the John Lennon Songwritting Contest in the Folk category. This is a contest that I have been trying to gain the courage to enter for the better part of the past two years. Not that I'm gonna enter now, but it does take away some of the apprehension to know someone local has won it. Anyway, you can hear Emily's award winning song, "Lou" at the link above.
